Abdul Azeez

Due to his experience, skills and work ethic Abdul Azeez has the ability to provide each of his clients with top level service.   Whether it is getting a seller top dollar or finding a buyer not only the perfect home but at the perfect price, Abdul is the realtor that will get the job done!

Abdul established Focus Real Estate Group in 2005.  He began by working almost exclusively with buyers in the Northern Virginia Area.  Abdul took time to attend GWU Graduate School to obtain his MBA in Real Estate and Urban Development from 2007-2009.  Using that knowledge he turned Focus Real Estate Group into a full service firm focusing on both buyers and sellers with either investment or primary residence goals.

The company now has licensed agents in MD, VA, and DC.  We are also ranked among the top of all RE/MAX agents! #13 RE/MAX Agent in Virginia #2 RE/MAX Agent in Alexandria.  We specialize in helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Our creative home search and listing marketing techniques make us a great choice for buyers and sellers looking to find the best home at a good price or sell their home for top dollar.  We have been successful in working with investors to locate, analyze and purchase investment properties.

On average we are responsible for helping 50 families find a home yearly.  This is accomplished by our great marketing and negotiation skills.  We truly go above and beyond to get our clients properties sold for top dollar. Brian O' Neill

Brian O’Neill has been a Virginia homeowner for over 4 years, along with his lovely wife and two children.  He has over 4 years experience in real estate sales, investment and contracting in Virginia.

Brian has completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from Southern Illinois University, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.  Prior to joining Focus Real Estate Group, Brian served in the U.S. military for 8 years, gaining skills and experiences that are invaluable and undoubtedly relate to many people in the Hampton Roads area. With his strong understanding of the local market, data-driven market analysis, and marketing experience, Brian is a welcomed addition to Focus Real Estate Group.

Brian is a small business owner in the local community, and spends time as an investor in real estate and property renovation.  He has a keen eye for locating properties for homebuyers to obtain their dream home, as well as potential investors purchasing foreclosed or investment properties.

Today, with Focus Real Estate Group, Brian is making more dreams come true, whether it is helping a growing family expand their home, or helping a young professional get started with their first property. Overall, Brian enjoys every step of the real estate process and looks forward to helping each client achieve his or her real estate goals.

Darius Croom

Darius Croom was born, raised, and continues to reside in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.  His career in the real estate and mortgage business began six years ago.  Over the years he has accumulated a plethora of useful knowledge about the principles of mortgage financing and real estate sales.  In order to continue his education, he regularly attends several real estate investment seminars and trainings through multiple companies and real estate investment clubs in the Washington D.C. area.

Darius understands that financing is one of the most essential aspects of home buying. Keeping that in mind, as he guides his clients through these major purchases, he utilizes every opportunity to help educate his clients to ensure they are making the best financial choices for themselves. He takes pride in the ability to offer information that most agents have to rely on loan officers to convey.

As a part time real estate investor Darius is able to strategically help his clients purchase their dream homes at great prices.  Not only is his real estate investment familiarity important to individuals searching for a new home, he is able to assist fellow investors in purchasing foreclosures and bank owned properties.
